Enjoy live music from local band Bluegrass Flash Mob while devouring plates of pulled pork and refreshing peach bourbon lemonades. Pig Roast is Boss Hog at Ray’s on the River October 17
Salute the swine with your bestie boar-friends when Ray’s on the River hosts a riverside pig roast on Saturday, October 17 from noon-3 p.m. A high-on-the-hog buffet boasts a whole roasted pig with homemade sauces, crunchy herb slaw, Red Bliss potato salad, homemade Maytag chips, classic mac and cheese and Southern-style cornbread joined by a salad bar, homemade desserts, iced tea and soda. Visit the cash bar for alcoholic beverages. $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Ray's on the River Squeals Over Riverside Pig Roast on September 20
A whole pig will be on the
rotisserie at Ray's on the River Riverside Pig Roast on Saturday, September 20 from noon-3 p.m.
Executive chef Josh Warner is preparing this pork to fall-off-the-bone
perfection and pairing it with loads of homemade barbecue sauce, so make sure you don’t wear white! To compliment this hog,
portions of baked mac ‘n cheese, baked beans with sausage, jalapeño coleslaw, jalapeño-cheddar cornbread, black-eyed pea
salad, Southern-style potato salad, marinated garden-fresh cucumbers and
tomatoes, braised collard greens, peach cobbler, banana pudding and Key lime
pie will also be served. Get ready for this finger-licking good time for $35 a

This Little Piggie is Going to Open Streets DeKalb and Ink & Elm for a Pig Roast, Craft Beers and Cocktails on September 21

For a few hours on Sunday, September 21, you'll be able to reclaim the busy streets and embrace your inner pedestrian. At Open Streets DeKalb, experience street performers, music and of course, fun in Emory Village from 3 - 7 p.m. All this walking will surely make you hungry, Ink & Elm will be roasting a whole pig to satisfy your taste buds!
