In case you haven’t heard, Gunshow is one of 12 restaurants to make Esquire’s list of Best New Restaurants 2014. The exciting news was announced at the magazine’s American Food and Drink Awards celebration on October 14 in NYC, where chefs Kevin Gillespie and Joey Ward cooked Georgia olive oil poached white shrimp with green apple, buttermilk crème fraiche, celery and wasabi; and open-pit pork ribs with Amish-style cream slaw for party-goers. With dinner service starting tonight, Gypsy Kitchen is sure to be the hottest new spot in Buckhead. Executive chef Randy Lewis' menu of shareable snacks, small plates and entrées embraces the Moorish, Basque, Galician, Moroccan and even Indian influences of Spanish cuisine. Meanwhile, Christopher Grossman has been named chef de cuisine at the upcoming Atlas restaurant at the St. Regis Atlanta. With a strong background in the Atlanta fine dining scene as well as experience at the renowned The French Laundry, we can't wait to see what he has cooking for the January 2015 opening.
