For the four sisters and a friend who started Food in the Airin 2014, the concept was (and remains) simple. Love food. Love travel. Landmarks and scenery are air-apparent backgrounds with food lifted up in the foreground. As in ketchup-scripted chicken tenders above the 40-yard line. An éclair over the Seine in Paris. An all-American ice cream cone standing attention at Mt. Rushmore. Getting the hang of it?
