Peachy Keen! August is National Peach Month. Hard to beat a sun-kissed ripe peach, unless the blushing stone fruit is in our new crop of peachy recipes. Summer peach and balsamic pizza; caramelized peach caprese salad with smoked sea salt; basil, bacon and peach baked brie; and grilled pork porterhouse with peach agrodolce lend themselves well to entertaining. Paleo peach coconut smoothies, five-minute healthy peach frozen yogurt and peach margaritas send peachy keen chills down our spines. Peaches? Yep, we’re plum crazy about them.
