Der Biergarten Hosts Schlager Party August 15

Put on your best German attire and head on over to Der Biergarten in the Luckie Marietta District this Saturday, August 15, for Atlanta’s 8th Schlager Party! Beer specials include Sapten Marzen and Weihenstephan Hefe for $9 per liter. Prizes will be given out for best costume, so throw on the lederhosen!

German pop-culture tunes from the 60s and 70s will be taking over at the Der Biergarten Schlager Party on Saturday, August 16 from 7 p.m. until midnight. The fun doesn’t stop there. Drink up beer specials of Krombacher pilsner and Weihenstephaner hefeweissbier prices at $9 per liter and break out the lederhosen and knee socks for the costume contest. First prize is two German Bierfest tickets and two Der Biergarten T-shirts; second place nabs a $50 Der Biergarten gift card and a T-shirt; and third place picks up a $25 Der Biergarten gift card.

Der Biergarten and Ormsby's Join 10th Annual German Bierfest on August 24 at Woodruff Park

Break out the lederhosen and get ready for the 10th Annual German Bierfest on Saturday, August 24 from 2-7 p.m. at Woodruff Park. Raise a glass to Der Biergarten and Ormsby's for sponsoring the authentic, family friendly celebration featuring German food, kids' zones, sports games and nearly 50 beers for enthusiasts to try.
