Sunday afternoon promises a walk in the park…to a perfect picnic spot in historic Fourth Ward Park for Wholesome Wave’s Picnic in the Park taking place Sunday, May 7 from 1-4 p.m. Atlanta chefs curate the contents of delicious picnic baskets packed for two ($35) or four ($70). Your responsibility is bringing a blanket and friends. Reserve and pay for your basket in advance then grab it at the picnic. Plop down and nosh on sandwiches, salads and desserts while enjoying refreshing beer and wine, live music, dancing, fun and games. Your picnic will help Wholesome Wave Georgia fund its mission to increase access to fresh, healthy, locally grown food for all Georgians.
