Wines from South Africa’s award-winning Bellingham and Boschendal wineries splash into glasses at Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails’ fourth annual Spring & Vine Wine Dinner set for Thursday, Mar. 23 at 7:30 p.m. Welcome springtime over a four-course dinner from executive chef Derek Dollar highlighting vibrant seasonal flavors expertly paired with unique selections including sparkling wine, lightly oaked chenin blanc, a fun take on pinotage (the signature varietal of South Africa), and a South African Rhône-style blend. Wine expert Alister Glen, who hails from Cape Town but now calls Atlanta home, hosts and answers “wine geek” questions about South Africa’s exceptional wines.
