What’s New on Pinterest: Slow Your Roll

Time to slow down after tackling the holiday hustle and bustle. Thank goodness January is National Slow Food month. Fire up the slow cooker and mosey on over to Slow Your Roll for comforting saviors like Mexican shredded beef, meatball subs, Parmesan chicken, sloppy Joes and baked ziti. Work in some veggies through chicken broccoli and rice casserole. Ladle bowls full of steaming hot “Olive Garden” pasta e fagioli, cheddar-bacon-ranch potato soup or creamy tortellini soup. And turn to the Crock-Pot for the easiest monkey bread ever…then roll over and sneak in a couple more hours of sleep.
