Georgia Chapter of National Multiple Sclerosis Society Hosts Harvest for a Cure October 20

Gourmet food from Atlanta’s top chefs? Vintage wines? Luxury-laden raffle? Enjoy a bountiful Harvest for a Cure on Thursday, October 20 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Mason Fine Art, all to benefit the Georgia Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society and its global MS research projects to stop disease progression, restore function and end MS. Eighteen of Atlanta’s most-talented chefs and pastry chefs and 18 sommeliers and mixologists are collaborating to pair culinary creations with wines from the personal cellars of at least a dozen Atlanta wine collectors for the top-notch evening. Harvest for a Cure chef chair Gerry Klaskala of Ariahas a personal connection to the cause: lifelong friend Mike has struggled with MS since the age of 27. Klaskala is participating in chef mode, along with Aria associates pastry chef Kathryn King and general manager and wine director Andrés Loaiza, chef Matthew Ridgway of Gypsy Kitchen and The Southern Gentleman, chef Derek Dollar of Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails and pastry chef Billy Cole and mixologist Mercedes O’Brien of Gunshow. Buy admission tickets ($250 each) and raffle tickets ($100 each) online. Learn more about MS at nationalmssociety.org.
