Surf In for Salads as The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill Celebrates National Salad Month


National Salad Month sprouts in May, heralding salad days are officially here. To munch salads any time of year is perfectly acceptable, but hot days beg for salads by the bowlful in the same way sunshine screams “Beach!” The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill comes through on both accounts, tossing two especially special seaworthy entrée salads onto lunch and dinner menus this month at their beachy restaurants in Buckhead and Roswell. Through Sunday, May 15, sail in for a tropical salad featuring almond-crusted grouper atop crisp romaine, melon, papaya, torn basil and mint with a toasted coconut vinaigrette. May 16-29 spawns grilled salmon on a spinach and arugula mix with peaches, toasted walnuts, crispy shallots, crumbled blue cheese and an orange honey-balsamic vinaigrette.
