Appetizing Aperture


What’s the rush? Gold! Diamonds! Pearls! Sublime Doughnuts in Midtown unveils its gem-dandy, “#1 Stunner” crème brûlée doughnut ($7) at 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Like precious jewels, limited quantities of chef Kamal Grant’s inventive treat are available. The thin-sliced doughnut is filled with crème brûlée, topped with gold and white chocolate and glitzed with white chocolate pearls and sugar diamonds. Sweet bling, just the thing for late-night munching! Besides, you’re an adult now. Mom won’t know if you sneak one in for dinner.
