Flip over this flapjack news: January 28 is National Blueberry Pancake Day, and we’re pinning Blueberry Pancakes Galoreespecially for the occasion. There’s no turning back to a plain golden stack after peeking at blueberry-full “Pancake Puppies,” a crepe cake, a Dutch baby pancake, mini-muffin pancake bites, protein pancakes, pancake ice cream, homemade syrup, grain- or dairy-free pancakes and lots more. We’re berry good sports, so we said yes when French toast wanted to jump on board.
