Get Stoked for Ray’s at Killer Creek’s Big Green Egg Cooking Class

Ray’s at Killer Creek executive chef Mike Fuller takes his culinary know-how out to the Big Green Egg for a cooking class on Saturday, October 10. From 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Fuller will share his recipes and techniques for chargrilled oysters, smoked pork belly steam buns, whole roasted suckling pig, baked mac and cheese and cast-iron Ellijay apple cobbler. Cost is $35 per person or $60 per couple and includes cooking demo, tasting menu, iced tea, soda, coffee, tax and gratuity.
