Lock and Load: NYC’s Jean-Paul Bourgeois is Gunshow “Hired Gun,” Joe Kindred Follows in November


Jean-Paul Bourgeois, executive chef of New York City’s Blue Smoke targets Gunshow September 29-30 for Kevin Gillespie’s “Hired Guns” visiting chef series. Louisiana-born Bourgeois brings his Southern soul-style flair to two dishes as he works alongside Gunshow’s chefs in the restaurant’s open kitchen.
