Ray’s on the River and Seed Kitchen & Bar are Fired Up for SafePath’s Good Eatin’ Great Cause August 13

Cobb County police chiefs, district attorney’s office, sheriff’s office and the Marietta Fire Department bond together to protect communities, but these heroes go toque to toque during SafePath’s Good Eatin’ Great Cause cooking competition on Thursday, August 13 at Cobb Galleria Centre. Showdown host and firehouse chef Ryan McKay is no stranger to the dangers knives and stoves pose -- he’s a two-time competition winner and a contestant on NBC’s “Food Fighters.” Those looking for neutral territory can head to the culinary tour part of the 6-10 p.m. event where Ray’s on the River and Seed Kitchen & Bar are on the roster of 30 Georgia chefs serving signature dishes, tapas-style. Buy ticketsonline: $75 per person, $35 for public safety officers. Buy a $20 raffle ticket for a chance to judge the cook off!
