burger boutique is stoked about its Surf ‘n Turf burger ($19),
the July burger of the month. FLIP’s special beef blend is hand pattied and
perfectly seared to keep juices in check until the first bite sends a wave of
juicy flavor trickling down your chin. Tender lobster sautéed in garlic butter
rides the burger-like raft along with house-made Green Goddess dressing,
mustard caviar and alfalfa sprouts. Earth ‘n Turf? Now that’s a whole different
burger.
