Appetizing Aperture

Atlas is now open in The St. Regis Atlanta! If only we could bite into this photo. Jamison Farm lamb loin and roasted garlic lamb kielbasa flanked by lentils, curry-cauliflower purée, roasted cauliflower and tapenade reflect the kitchen artistry of chef de cuisine Christopher Grossman and consulting chef/restaurateur Gerry Klaskala as the gents draw inspiration from a seasonal, locally sourced culinary palette.
