Charbroiled Oysters, Coffee Bean-Smoked Boar and Rombauer Wines Headline Ray's on the River Five-Course Wine Dinner on October 2

Rombauer wines and Ray's on the River - need we say more? On Thursday, October 2 at 7 p.m., chef Josh Warner pairs Rombauer wines with five courses that include scallop crudo and Carolina black rice paired with Rombauer chardonnay and sous-vide duck confit with local chanterelle-Anson Mill grit cake, bacon jam and white cheddar twill paired with Rombauer merlot. The night’s guest speaker Jeff Papa, southeast sales manager for Rombauer Vineyards, will leave you with food for thought.
