When No. 246 in downtown Decatur began serving brunch, we completely expected the deviled farm eggs and breakfast pizza. We couldn’t prepare ourselves for the heavenly biscuits and gravy ($6) on the list of Shares and Sweets. Share a plate as a lead-in to strozzapreti carbonara with crispy farm egg and bacon or Georgia white shrimp with creamy polenta and a poached egg.
