Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Creates Autumnal Dishes from On-site Garden

Give thanks to the season for providing another reason to explore the historic Crabapple district. Wine and dine over the new fall menu at Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails. Executive chef Derek Dollar creates perfect autumnal dishes from fresh seasonal ingredients courtesy of Milton's Acre. Debuting on the menu is a baby kale salad with crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans and dried cranberries; an herb-marinated plantation quail breast with apple butter, roasted parsnips, smoked bacon, toasted pecans and pomegranate molasses; Gorgonzola, country ham and rosemary fritters with bourbon peach jam; and applewood smoked pork shank accompanied by smoked Gouda and bacon grits, wilted mustard greens and green apple mignonette. Don't forget Milton's favorites such as Charleston crab bisque, Southern fried chicken, sesame-crusted mountain trout, sweet potato shrimp fritters and warm carrot cake. See you for dinner!
