Sella & Mosca Chooses Ink & Elm for August 13 Italian Fine Wine Dinner



Appreciate and learn more about wines from the Sella & Mosca winery over dinner in the private dining room of Ink & Elm on Wednesday, August 13. On the menu is a five-course menu prepared my executive chef Stephen Sharp and is paired with these prized Sella & Mosca wines: La Cala, Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C. 2012; Cannonau di Sardegna, D.O.C. Riserva 2010; Marchese di Villamarina, Alghero D.O.C. 2004; and Terre Rare, Carignano del Sulcis D.O.C. Riserva. The evening starts at 7 p.m. with a reception featuring a Campari aperitif and concludes with Ink & Elm's limoncello crafted by mixologist Nick Chaivarlis. Ink & Elm Dinner Pairs Four Courses with Rare Orphan Barrel Whiskeys on July 23

On July 23 at 7:30 p.m., guests will be led through a flight of three whiskeys that have been matured for years: Barterhouse, 20 years; Old Blowhard, 26 years; and Rhetoric, 20 years. The Emory Village restaurant is one of the few Atlanta restaurants to receive all three whiskeys from the Tullahoma, Tenn. whiskey company, and they can’t wait to share with you!
