Appreciate and learn more about wines from the Sella & Mosca winery over dinner in the private dining room of Ink & Elm on Wednesday, August 13. On the menu is a five-course menu prepared my executive chef Stephen Sharp and is paired with these prized Sella & Mosca wines: La Cala, Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C. 2012; Cannonau di Sardegna, D.O.C. Riserva 2010; Marchese di Villamarina, Alghero D.O.C. 2004; and Terre Rare, Carignano del Sulcis D.O.C. Riserva. The evening starts at 7 p.m. with a reception featuring a Campari aperitif and concludes with Ink & Elm's limoncello crafted by mixologist Nick Chaivarlis.
