Bourbon lovers are hailing the Midtown restaurant’s bourbon-rich twist on a Dark and Stormy that swirls Balcones Rumble Cask Reserve with ginger beer and maple syrup and adds a sunny lemon wedge. Big kick? You know it. Texas-sized.

Chip Jones, another local favorite, headlines that night with rock and acoustic favorites from 7:30-10:30 p.m.
