Ray’s on the River fulfills all of those yearnings with fresh, new Signature Salads on its lunch and dinner menus. On the lunch menu, an empowering ahi tuna and kale salad with quinoa and the refreshing twist of mango, avocado and Asian vinaigrette ($20) sticks with you all afternoon. Ray’s heirloom tomato and burrata salad with basil pesto and toasted panko ($15, dinner only) stands on its own as a light dinner option or as a complement to Ray’s much-loved starters and specialties. Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffle Sliders, New Burger Creations, Stout Milkshakes and More Tempt on HOBNOB’s Summer Menus
What’s new on the menus at HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern? Sit down while we share the scoop. New salads include “good-for-you” kale and wheatberry salad ($12.50) and classic panzanella salad ($12.95). Chomp into juicy Champion, Triple B and Perimeter burgers or slice into tender hanger steak ($22.95), flavorful lamb meatballs ($12.95) or Tavern salmon ($18.95). “Pig and Grits” ($13.95) and roasted cauliflower ($12.95) add more options. Be on the lookout for weekend brunch menu newcomers such as chicken and waffle sliders stashing Nashville hot chicken between cinnamon roll waffles dolled with powdered sugar, maple syrup and grits on the side ($12); and cauliflower and celery root soup with a grilled cheese sandwich sporting date and fig jam and Thomasville tomme cheese between slices of country loaf ($12). Thursdays, in addition to the regular dinner menu, the BBQ menu touts classic chicken wings, baby back ribs and pulled pork, all smoked and served with HOBNOB’s homemade “BeerBQ” sauce. Poncey-Highand Gives Rise to Newly Opened Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads
Thin crust cravers can get their lunch or dinner fix at Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads, now open at 675 N. Highland, a mixed-use development in Poncey-Highland. Global and American fare revolves around handcrafted salads and pastas with bold flavors along with gelato and carefully crafted beverages. Small plates ($7) and salads ($11 full/$7 half) include charred cauliflower, charbroiled wings, spice road chicken salad and superfood salad. Signature pizza options ($13.50) include the Waverly with prosciutto, Gorgonzola, fig jam and more and Asian BBQ chicken with charred red onion, green chili sauce, sesame seed, scallion and lime zest. Specialty pizza selections ($12) include the ATL BLT with Beeler’s bacon, baby spinach, fire roasted tomato, charred red onion, shredded mozzarella and Grana Padano and the Delphi topped with roasted artichoke, Kalamata olives, fire roasted tomato, charred red onion, shredded mozzarella, feta, roasted garlic purée and baby kale. Classic choices ($9.50) might be the Margherita or the Bianca. Guests are invited to build their own pizza ($12.50) using four toppings from an extensive list.

Bantam + Biddy Ansley Give Back Night Helps Lost-n-Found Youth June 8

Instead, wing it to Bantam + Biddy Ansley Mall on Monday, June 8 where Lost-n-Found Youth will receive 10 percent of Bantam + Biddy proceeds for orders placed after 5 p.m. Lost-n-Found Youth is Atlanta’s only non-profit organization dedicated to providing safety and shelter to homeless lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth ages 13-25. RA Sushi Adds Four New Salads to Summer Menu
Four crisp, new salads from RA Sushi Bar Restaurant are the newest
additions to the summer menu. With
the Asian chicken salad, the Midtown restaurant tosses together
mixed greens, chicken, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in seasoned soy
vinaigrette and tops it with sweet cayenne cashews, fried ramen noodles and
sesame seeds ($10). The grilled shrimp and pineapple salad brings together
mixed greens, shrimp, pineapple and green onion with Suehiro vinaigrette and
sweet cayenne cashews ($11.75). Sushi and salad become one with the sashimi
salad that includes tuna, yellowtail, salmon and shrimp sashimi with mixed
greens, seaweed, cucumber, avocado, lo bok, poke dressing and is topped with
sesame seeds, wonton chips and sliced red pepper ($12). The last salad on the
menu is the dill salmon cucumber salad that combines seared salmon with mixed
greens, tomato, cucumber asparagus and house dressing and is topped with dill,
lemon and truffle salt ($11). Stop by RA Sushi for lunch or dinner from 11
