Andreas Müller of Revival Starts Day at Decatur Farmers Market August 6
Keeping it all in Decatur, Andreas Müller will have to walk a bit farther on Saturday, August 6, if he wants to clock mega Fitbit mileage. It’s less than a mile from Müller’s Revival home base to The Decatur Farmers Market, where he will lead the Saturday morning chef demo. Childhood access to homegrown veggies and fruits ignited a passion for cooking in this Sweden-born-gone-Southern chef. No doubt, the colorful array of field-fresh, locally grown produce will inspire his Saturday lesson. A Community Farmers Market, the Decatur Farmers Market fills the front lawn of First Baptist Church on the corner of Clairemont Avenue and Commerce Street Wednesday nights from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. through December 21. Free parking.

Andreas Müller of Revival Demos at Peachtree Road Farmers Market July 16
Revival executive chef Andreas Müller communes with locally grown produce and those who seek its garden goodness when he demos at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market on Saturday, July 16. Müller’s soul-filled Revival menus pull from Southern plow to plate so he’s a natural for this teaching stint. Saturday hours for the market at The Cathedral of St. Philip are 8:30 a.m.- noon. Needless to say, early birds catch the best selections at the state’s largest producer-only farmers market.

Guilty…of craving the barbecue that executive chef Andreas Müller of Revival will smoke and sauce when he competes against other Atlanta chef “a-‘cue-sers” at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) / Atlanta Legal Aid Society 4th Annual Beer Tasting & BBQ Battle on Thursday, June 2. Chefs will plead their cases by plying attendees with samples of their best barbecue -- accompanied by plenty of beer for tasting. Andreas Müller Carries Revival to Morningside Farmers Market May 28
Kickstart Saturday morning, May 28, with a bit of Revival. Executive chef Andreas Müller is stopping by Morningside Farmers Market to lead this Saturday’s chef demo before hunkering down in his kitchen at the Decatur restaurant. The homegrown fruits, vegetables and fresh foods of Müller’s boyhood in Sweden stuck, igniting a passion for seeking farm-fresh ingredients throughout his chef-hood. Bingo. Hits the asparagus on the head for a farmers market cooking class. Shop the year-round market for locally grown organic from 8-11:30 a.m. but peel yourself away around 9-ish for this demo on the patio of market-adjacent Morningside Kitchen. Another reason to praise the morning, Morningside Farmers Market requires all produce to be certified organic.
