Taco Mac Kids Meals Satisfy Hungry Kids and Kids Hungry for Camp Twin Lakes Experience

 

 

Taco Mac kids meals are changing lives for the better. For the past 20 years, the Georgia outlets of the Southeast’s go-to sports bar and restaurant have been donating 50 cents from each kids meal to help send children to Camp Twin Lakes. The camp is renowned for providing life-changing experiences for children with serious illnesses, disabilities and other challenges. Special facilities, medical staff and nutritional needs add up, yet 72 percent of Camp Twin Lakes campers attend camp at no cost to their families, thanks to donations from individuals and businesses like Taco Mac. Supportive parents and their kids meal-loving children helped Taco Mac raise $65,000 in 2017, enough to send 137 children to camp. “Serving high-quality, great-tasting food and beverages that satisfy our guests is incredibly important to us, as is being able to give back to the community,” says Taco Mac CEO Greg Lippert. “I can’t tell you how exciting it is to be able to deliver on our customer experience goals and send 137 children to this transformative camp. Drafting Home Brewers to Hop into Taco Mac Southern Home Brewer’s Challenge

Home brewers, Atlanta-based Taco Mac and Woodstock’s own Reformation Brewery have your talents in mind, partnering to produce the fifth annual Southern Home Brewer’s Challenge, an exciting pro-am competition where one winning home brew recipe will be produced by a commercial brewery and sold at Taco Mac restaurants across the Southeast. Home brewers can turn in beer submissions at various Georgia Taco Mac restaurants during June and July according to the date/location schedule found here. First drop off is at Taco Mac Woodstock on Tuesday, June 6. The Southern Home Brewer’s Challenge panel of judges (Taco Mac and Reformation reps) will judge submissions throughout the month of July and announce a winner on July 22. Reformation will then fine tune the recipe to work in its brew system for commercial production, aiming for a release date during Reformation’s Beer of the Month slot in November. Taco Mac Taps into McDonough Brew and Buffalo Wing Scene, Opens May 15

Best-in-class wings, best crafts on draft and the best sports viewing environment around are perks all coming to McDonough in one spirited and saucy package. Taco Mac opens its newest free-standing restaurant in the South Point Shopping Center on Monday, May 15. The restaurant’s first location in Henry County seamlessly blends family friendly dining and sports bar viewing with 120 taps and multiple viewing options.
