Saturday, June 20 finds the Gunshow owner and “Top Chef” celebrity in his hay day at the Morningside Farmers Market where he’ll be showing ways to keep farm-fresh produce in the forefront. Demo starts at 9 a.m. Market opens at 7:30 a.m., and just as the first pig gets the pick of the trough, you’ll want to get there early for best dibs on the season’s field-fresh produce.
