Eat some salads and hunger hits again in an hour. Not so with the Black & Blue steak salad ($13) at Marlow’s Tavern. This energizing plate of leafy field greens bears slices of grilled beef tenderloin and a cloud of blue cheese crumbles along with the bright pop of ruby red Roma tomatoes and slivered red onions. Those other salads...rendered green with envy.
