Out
behind the patio at Ray’s at Killer Creek,
the woods are leafing, budding and flowering. It’s patio party time on
Thursday, April 3 from 5-8 p.m. The faithfully evergreen Big Green Egg is
ready, willing and able to smoke and grill up ribs in tangy barbecue sauce and
smoked salmon toast points with remoulade to go along with other complimentary
appetizer offerings, including veal meatballs in tomato sauce, crab-stuffed
mushroom caps in a mustard butter sauce and goat cheese pimiento fritters with
jalapeño jelly. Great drink specials and live music complete the idyllic scene.
