Lauren Smith, the 20-something blog-tress behind Gluten Free & Southern has taken it upon herself to show that you can live a gluten-free lifestyle in the "deep fried South." Smith works for @ShopVisible in marketing and social media during the day.

Although the Georgia Organics 13th Annual Conference and Expo that is taking place in Athens this weekend is sold out, the state's largest sustainable food and farms event is still at your fingertips with the Conference's social media hub, where interested persons can still participate online .
