Don’t miss the end of the Ray’s on the River summer jazz series before it heads downstream. The last lawn concert benefiting the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (CR) will be on Saturday, July 21. Renowned trumpeter Joey Sommerville will be entertaining guests from 2-4 p.m., and American Spirit Whiskey will be providing the cocktails. Purchase tickets for $35 each on Eventbrite. Ray’s on the River applauds UCR’s work to keep the waterway clean. Mike Ross, director of operations for Ray’s Restaurants, shares that “the Chattahoochee was recently ranked third on the American Rivers' Most Endangered Rivers list, and we want to encourage everyone to help keep our waters clean." Ray's on the River's Summer Concert Series is taking the stage again this Saturday, June 9 at 2 p.m., and you won't want to miss out on this melodious afternoon at Atlanta's beloved riverside restaurant. Ray's on the River will carve out an area for guests to sit back and soak up jazz and blues by Jon Liebman, Scott Glazer, Joe Alterman and friends. If you come early, you can enjoy 20 percent off lunch at the restaurant with your ticket; otherwise, food and drink concessions will be sold at the concert. Concert tickets are $35 in advance and $45 at the door with proceeds benefitting the Fragile Kids Foundation, a non-profit organization that assists families in need of aid to effectively care for their medically fragile children. This family friendly event is one of a three-part series of Ray's on the River concerts benefiting local charities. MLA on the Town - Streaming Live At Ray's On The River Concerts

Erica and Melissa pulled some strings to get some down time last Saturday so they could relax at the Ken Ford Symphony "Strings on the River" lawn concert at Ray's on the River. The gals, and the other music lovers there, were thrilled to know ticket sales will pay the way for more music opportunities for Georgia youth through The Ken Ford Foundation.
