Corner Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails at Taste of Alpharetta May 7

Stand up for a street food supper this Thursday night. It’s time for the 25th annual Taste of Alpharetta, turning historic downtown Alpharetta into one gigantic, awesome appetizer on May 7 from 5-10 p.m. If you haven’t yet dined at Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, here’s an opportunity to fork into appe-teasers of their seed-to-fork cuisine. Admission is free. Buy tasting tickets for 50 cents each (most samples are $1-$3 each) and relish in tastes of appetizers, entrées and desserts from top area restaurants. More to do than chew: watch culinary competitions pitting chef against chef, cast your vote for the People’s Choice award, party with Atlanta radio stations, jump into activities for all ages and tune in to harmonic rock, folk and R&B bands on stage throughout the evening.

Buy your sampling tickets ($.50 each) and look for Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails amid the more than 50 restaurants offering mouthwatering items at the 24th annual Taste of Alpharetta. The gastronomical food fest spreads out from city hall in historic downtown Alpharetta on Thursday, May 8 from 5-10 p.m. Admission is free, and everyone can watch culinary demos, see chefs face off in cooking competitions, party with Radio Disney and B98.5FM radio personalities and toe tap along with music stage performances of harmonic rock, folk and R&B. A family friendly fun zone encourages playtime for all. As a note, restaurants charge from $1-$3 per sample. You’ll find the latest details on Facebook and Twitter and parking info online. Come out to Taste of Alpharetta from 5 - 10 p.m. in historic downtown Alpharetta on Thursday, May 10 and try all the different bites being offered. Just make sure to save room for a couple of our favorites, Alpine Bakery and Trattoria and Smashburger before filling up on all the other  appetizers, entrées and desserts that will be featured at the 22nd annual event. Food tickets are $.50 each, and restaurants will charge $1 - $3 per sample. It's sure to be a fabulous evening of sidewalk grazing, enjoying retro-themed bands and radio stations, watching chefs compete and playing in the Fun Zones at the event's new location across from Alpharetta City Hall at 2 South Main Street.
