Tasting stations, cash bars and musical entertainment spread like butter on hot biscuits over the festival area from 12-4 p.m. Food 101 executive chef Ron Eyester and 101 Concepts are designing the VIP food experience, which includes 11 a.m. entry, unlimited drinks and an exclusive VIP food and drink tent. Buy tickets online: general admission tickets are $20 per person in advance/$25 festival day, include entry and entertainment; VIP tickets are $79 in advance (not available day of event). Those anticipating heavy thirst can opt for “Bottomless Drinks” tickets covering all drinks from noon-3:45 p.m. ($50 advance/$60 festival day). Fork over $3 per portion (payable to each vendor) and supplement with bloody marys, mimosas, beer and wine priced from $5-$8. Rain or shine event open to guests ages 21 years and up only; no babies, kids or pets.
