Move over romaine, there’s a new Caesar in town. Shaved Brussels sprout Caesar salad at The Southern Gentleman tosses a powerhouse of shaved Brussels sprouts with crushed hazelnuts, shaved Grana Padano, charred green onions and dressed in an on-the-lighter-side house-made yogurt Caesar dressing. Make it the main thing at lunch or supper by adding grilled shrimp, Carolina mountain trout or fried chicken for $5-$11 more.
