Springer Mountain Chicken Under a Brick ($22) is a smash hit on the new menu at Gypsy Kitchen in The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. The dish is flat out delish with sherry vadouvan sauce, heirloom tomatoes, Moroccan couscous and fresh figs. Good thing this entrée is meant to share, otherwise, there would be some unhappy campers at the table.
