5Church Chef RJ Cooper Teaches ACFB Simple Abundance Class August 8


The majority of metro Atlanta-area students are heading back to school this week and next. Adults, what about you? Keep on learning by attending the Simple Abundance cooking class 5Church Atlanta chef RJ Cooper is leading Monday, August 8 from 7-9 p.m. at The Cook’s Warehouse Midtown. The James Beard Award-winning chef will demonstrate how to prepare Mangalitsa ham with sourdough and peach mostarda; compressed watermelon with heirloom tomato water, pickled rinds and Humboldt Fog cheese; wreckfish with foraged mushrooms and Aussie truffle butter in paper; and cornmeal shortcake with bourbon pickled peaches and sweet corn ice cream.
