Buy Tickets Starting April 22 for May 22-23 “Hired Guns” Dinner Featuring Nashville Chef Brian Baxter

Gunshow’s 2016 “Hired Guns” series has already hit the mark with two award-winning guest chefs, and more chefs are coming into view. Chef Brian Baxter will shoot over fromHusk in Nashville to command the Glenwood Park restaurant’s kitchen on Sunday and Monday, May 22 and 23. Poise that trigger finger because a limited number of tickets for the sought-after dinners will go on sale via Xorbia on Friday, April 22 at 8 a.m.  The cost is $95 per person (not including drinks, tax and gratuity). Chef Kevin Gillespie, along with executive chef Joey Ward and Gunshow's “kitchen dudes,” will join Baxter in the kitchen both nights. The three chefs share a passion for the South’s local and ingredient-driven cuisine. In fact, foraging in Tennessee is one of the Nashville chef’s hobbies, about as local as one can get. Baxter’s culinary heritage taps into a boyhood love of cooking, baking and gardening (thanks, Mom) that was furthered at The Culinary Institute of America and adds a mastery of low country cuisine at McCrady’s in Charleston, South Carolina, before being called to open Husk. Jump on tickets to Baxter’s dates and mark calendars for other upcoming “Hired Guns” events:
