Louisiana-born Bourgeois brings his Southern soul-style flair to two dishes as
he works alongside Gunshow’s chefs in the restaurant’s open kitchen. Check out

chef Joe Kindred from Davidson, North Carolina to the final “Hired Guns” event
of the year November 17-18. His namesake restaurant Kindred,
which he owns and operates with wife Katy in his childhood hometown, was
