Appetizing Aperture


Cocktail glasses are so yesterday. Saltwood Charcuterie & Bar in Midtown gives cocktails the shaft by freezing spirited concoctions on sticks, Popsicle-fashion. Piña pegada (pineapple margarita) solidifies Sauza Blue tequila, fresh lime, muddled pineapple, pineapple juice and triple sec. Summer mojito pops are a Caribbean-gone-Arctic sensation of Sailor Jerry rum, a honeydew melon-mint-cucumber blend, fresh lime and Sprite. More good humor? Each ice pop is a sweet $8.
