With dinner service starting tonight, Gypsy Kitchen is sure to be the hottest new spot in Buckhead. Executive chef Randy Lewis' menu of shareable snacks, small plates and entrées embraces the Moorish, Basque, Galician, Moroccan and even Indian influences of Spanish cuisine. Meanwhile, Christopher Grossman has been named chef de cuisine at the upcoming Atlas restaurant at the St. Regis Atlanta. With a strong background in the Atlanta fine dining scene as well as experience at the renowned The French Laundry, we can't wait to see what he has cooking for the January 2015 opening.
