Fourth of July Celebrations, Pastured Poultry Week and More in This Week's Dish!
Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to the third annual Pastured Poultry Week! Restaurants from Atlanta to New York City are getting in on the action this July 7-13 by featuring pastured poultry dishes on their menus. Make a reservation at one of the participating restaurants or purchase White Oak Pastures poultry from Whole Foods Market and create a dish of your own. We're also eagerly anticipating the plethora of options for Independence Day celebrations.
