Bartender Mercedes O'Brien rolls the cart out from the kitchen and
pauses tableside to woo and wow with the evening's creations at Gunshow in Glenwood Park. New to the wagon
train: the Cocktail Cart will greet guests with a choice of two different
cocktails to be mixed tableside and complementing the night's dishes. A spicier
menu may bring out a smoked old fashioned with Belle Meade whiskey, flamed
cinnamon stick and orange oil while a lighter gin cocktail better suits a menu
based on green vegetables. Curated cocktails are $8 each. Chef and owner Kevin
Gillespie plans on keeping the kitchen fun rolling by adding more Cocktail Cart
choices down the road.
