Sit in the dining room to beat the heat or get some fresh air on the covered patio while you relax and chat over your choice of salad, 12 ounces of succulent prime rib with a side dish and any of the seven house-made dessert selections your sweet tooth desires. Although this dinner menu is available year round, the $29.95 price tag is special for summer. Need a wine pairing (often a necessity when dining with family)? Fleming's recommends that guests add B. R. Cohn North Coast Silver Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2008/2009 for the highly quaffable price of $40 per bottle.
