What’s a better way to beat the summer heat than a magnificent wine dinner at Aria? As part of its summer of global wine dinner, Aria will be hosting a five-course wine dinner featuring the five wines of France’s Hugel & Fils Winery on Monday, July 19.
Etienne Hugel will join the guests and tell first-hand stories consisting of the history of wine making in the family and the wines they make in the Alsace region of France. The family’s wine-making history dates back to the 1600s, making for a fascinating and remarkable story of both the region and the family’s development in the wine industry.
