Buckhead Restaurant Week began this past Saturday and Aria is on the action. Chef Gerry Klaskala is offering a tasty three-course menu that includes lobster and sweet potato soup, a Zinfandel-braised short rib of Niman beef and Aria’s acclaimed Valrhona chocolate cream pie.
